Blister like bumps on hands

I have some little blister-like bumps on my hands.

I don't think they are warts because they disappear after several days, and/or move to another place on my hand.

They are raised, redish and have a little dark dot in the middle, and are sore to touch. What could they be, is it something that can be

spread with contact? They are only on the one hand.
